As a company with complex technological facilities, we provide comprehensive services: starting from the design stage, through serial production, transport, to the delivery of the products to the indicated place. We focus on qualified and passionate staff. We employ over 200 employees, including: designers, constructors, printing machines operators, CNC machinists, quality inspectors and many other specialists.

Concept development

During the design process we carry out a number of actions confirming that all technical requirements and visual aspects expected by the Customer are met.

Regardless of whether the project has been created from the very beginning in our design studio or if the Customer delivers us with ready documentation, we ask you to provide us with the products data intended for display. This allows for individual adjustment of display stands or racks to the right product.

If other metal products are to be manufactured, we rely on the Customer’s documentation or, according to the Customer’s discretion, we participate in the creation of appropriate technical documentation.

Prototyping

Prototyping

We transfer the concept to a virtual form, performing graphic visualization. In the case of display stands, it allows to determine together with the Customer the manner of product presentation on the designed counter display or advertising stand and possible modifications in the prototype/production version.

On the basis of well-developed technical documentation, we create electronic 3D models and make a prototype. We test it, checking its durability, stability and functionality.

Production

All production processes are carried out by ourselves, using our own technological facilities – machines for bending, cutting, welding, cutting out, printing or powder coating. The scope of our production includes material and printing processing of the components of our display racks. We only cooperate with regular, well-proven partners and suppliers.

We have our own internal system of Manufacturing Quality Control. The procedures applied in this quality system ensure the production of the highest quality products, both display stands and other metal elements.

Logistics

The logistics of our products is planned in every detail at each stage. We secure and pack the manufactured products, prepare them for collection, organize transport or deliver them with our own cars to the indicated address – your company’s seat, shop, service point, etc.

1950

Our beginning

The initiator of the creation of our cooperative was the War Veterans Association, whose property in the form of a restaurant and confectionery in Krosno and a farm in Łężany became the foundation of the production facility. During the first years of its operation, our cooperative, little by little, took over small craft businesses from the following industries: metal, carpentry, tailoring and shoemaking.

Time of changes

The year 1955 was a key moment for us. It was the first time in our history that we launched the production of furniture, footwear and clothing. At this time, the number of our employees increased to 103 people. A significant increase of the value of the production has also become our success.

Our expansion

The years 1958-1970 passed with the increase of investment activity and implementation of new products. We expanded our production offer so that it was necessary to open an additional production plant in Dukla in 1970. At that time, we started the production of printing machines, which was our first export offer, mainly to the former GDR. At the end of this period, our company employed over 530 people!

Further development and expansion of the cooperative

In June 1979 we started to use a new administrative and production building, and the land around the plant was also developed. The 1980s – the time of further construction investments – new warehouses and other buildings were opened in the production facility in Krosno and Dukla.

1991

Hard key moment, dynamic developmen

The transformation of the Polish economy stamped the influence on the functioning of our company. New realities forced us to change our way of thinking and new rules of functioning. Due to the significantly limited demand of our existing customers, we have started to look for new areas of production. This is how the idea of designing and manufacturing the display racks came up.

2001

“What doesn't kill you makes you stronger”

The market collapse in the years 2001-2002 forced us to take actions connected with reconstruction and reorganization within our company. The years 2003-2007 were the next years of large capital expenditures on machinery park.

Today

Currently, the basic production of our company includes display racks, furniture components and other metal details. They are exported to customers from 21 European countries and not only! Our products are very much appreciated by our Customers. At present we employ more than 200 people.
